Howdy, I’m a student in the math department at UBC, Vancouver in Khanh Dao Duc’s lab.

I’m interested in theory of types and compilers; separately, ML applications to cryoEM/ET and downstream structural biology, bioninformatics infrastructure. I built and maintain ribosome.xyz.

Outside of academia, I’ve done some work in various backend roles. I enjoy running, music, mathematics and history; i planted around 250,000 trees in the north-west of Canada, my favorite book is The Name of the Rose and piece of music is Concierto De Aranjuez .
