Howdy. I’m a research technician at IMP, Vienna with Sven Klumpe, formerly at UBC, Vancouver with Khanh Dao Duc.
I have done work in structural biology infrastructure (atomic models, CryoET), ML applications to cryoEM, shape analysis, built and maintain ribosome.xyz and tubulin.xyz.
I planted ~250,000 trees in the north-west of Canada between 2016 and 2018. My favourite book is probably All the Pretty Horses and if I could live anywhere it’d be Vancouver Island. I live in Vienna now.
